On February 28th, I'll be presenting at the Irish Web Technology Conference. The session that I've got planned involves showing off some of the basics of iPhone web development, but also some extras that will hopefully get people thinking outside the box in terms of what you can accomplish using some straightforward web technologies and the power of the iPhone and iPod Touch.
One of the demos I've got planned involves rendering both a full-blown app and an iPhone app using the new ASP.NET MVC CTP. Out of respect for the attendees, I will not be publishing the source code to this application until the folks at the conference have had their way with it, then I'll be making it available. I'd like to do a screencast showing off the features, but we'll see how my screencasting abilities fare.
Anyway, if you happen to be in the neighborhood of the CinemaWorld (I think that's the name of the place) complex in Dublin on February 28th, stop by and get some iPhone web development goodies! :)
Note: on the off chance that my expedited passport doesn't arrive, I'll be screwed and won't be able to go. However, all signs are pointing toward things being good to go on this one.
Hi Kevin,
Hi and thanks for the information! Sounds really interesting and I regret
that I can't be there but I hope to get some more info here:)
My passport has arrived, so it is definitely looking like I will be
presenting without a hitch on Feb 28th!
