I recently wrote an article for Dr. Dobb's Journal entitled LINQ to Web 2.0. This article discussed an application called Moniqer that provides social bookmarking functionality designed specifically for use within the enterprise. It is designed to serve the bookmarking needs of departments within corporations and corporations as a whole rather than public websites like del.icio.us and Digg. Moniqer is built on the May CTP of LINQ to SQL and will soon be upgraded to the ADO.NET Entity Framework (ADO.NET vNext).
I will make sure I post a link (linq? heheheh I'm too funny...) to the source code and other downloads once I figure out where I'm going to put it. I was going to use CodePlex as a place to publish Moniqer and its source code, binaries, documentation, and other information related to the project like discussion boards, Wiki, issue tracking, etc. However, CodePlex, in their infinite wisdom decided to obliterate all of the projects under my name so I no longer have the option of storing my stuff there. Good riddance, I'll find a better location for Moniqer and for Ulysses Agenda, both projects are projects for which I plan on sharing the source code and design to better serve the C# community.
Anyway, I'll post more details when I figure out where the source code is going to be. Until then, feel free to grab the January edition of Dr. Dobb's and check out my article!
