If you've been to Apple's site at all lately, you've probably seen that used car salesman guy showing you the guided tour of the Macbook Air. The problem is you don't really get to see too much of it, and I like third party videos because you never really know of touch-ups have been done to gloss over things.
As such, take a look at this video from the folks at Pomcast (an Apple podcast) who take some initial looks at the Air. The video is shot from inside what looks like an Apple store:
Hopefully we'll start seeing more of these kinds of videos so that people who don't actually have one can get some more, realistic information about the Air. In case you missed my previous blog entry on the Air, I strongly recommend you head down to an Apple store and kick the tires on this thing as you can't really get a feel for the device from videos or even heresay.
its only a matter of time before you buy one and sneak it in the house
behind your wife's back. :p
Haha I already bought it. it arrives March 4th... now I just need to figure
out a way to explain it's arrival... At least I have a couple more days to
think up excuses!
lol.
Actually, I had no trouble justifying it. The 17" Macbook Pro is a huge
beast to whip out on a train and the 13.3" Macbook Air is the absolute
perfect second computer for me. I have the huge powerhouse MBP for my
desktop at home, and I will soon have the MBA for use on planes, when on
the road, and on the train. The only sad part is that it won't be here in
time for my trip to Ireland for the IWTC. It would've been awesome doing
iPhone web app demos on the Air :)
