Through some miracle of agility, lessons learned while navigating the streets and crowds of NYC, and my VIP badge, I managed to weave my way to the front and get seated only 4 rows back from the front. As I was taking my seat, Steve Jobs was literally 20 feet away from me talking to one of the "roadies" as I like to call them. I didn't feel any reality distortion this close to him, but perhaps its only active when he's presenting? :) In any case, he's wearing his trademark outfit. I checked his hip to see if he's wearing an iPhone, but no dice.
Anyway, the entire conference is covered by NDA....except the keynote. So, as soon as I've had time to compile my notes from the keynote (which starts in 15 minutes) I'll be posting that up here.
p.s. If you're curious about the VIP badge... I can't say much, but if you're at WWDC make sure you stick around for Friday afternoon ... *hint* *nudge* *wink* *nudge again*
